Do you deliver furniture in Singapore?

Yes, we deliver islandwide across Singapore. Delivery timing depends on the item and your location, so message us on WhatsApp to confirm a delivery slot for your order.

How much do your products cost?

Our pricing is on application (POA). Message us on WhatsApp or visit one of our showrooms for current pricing, ongoing promotions and stock availability.

What warranty do you offer?

Warranty coverage depends on the product: mattresses carry a 10 or 15-year warranty depending on the model, sofas come with a 3-year warranty on the frame and base and 1 year on upholstery and other parts, and wardrobes and bed frames carry a 1-year warranty. Where are your showrooms, and what are your opening hours?

We have 3 showrooms in Singapore — Central at 601 Sims Drive, East at 1 Tampines North Dr. 1 #01-38 (inside T-Space), and South at 1 Labrador Villa Road. All 3 showrooms are open Mon–Sun, 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM.

Can I customise or order made-to-order furniture?

Yes. Many pieces, especially our wardrobes, can be made to order in custom sizes and finishes at our showrooms. Please note that custom or indent items are non-returnable once ordered.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 3 days of delivery or collection, provided the item is brand-new, unused and in its original packaging. Some fees may apply, and approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within up to 21 working days. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What materials do you use in your furniture?

We use materials such as sintered stone for our dining and coffee tables, cow-hide, half-leather and performance fabric for our sofas (including the Knight, Amber and Emily series), Musterring pocket-spring mattresses, solid walnut for dining chairs, and sliding-door systems for our wardrobes.

How do I enquire or place an order?
