Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our furniture. Warranty coverage varies by product category, as set out below.

Mattress

• 10 or 15 years warranty, depending on the model.
• Within the first 12 months, mattresses with manufacturing defects are eligible for a 1-to-1 exchange.

Sofa

• Frame and base: 3 years.
• Upholstery, foam, mechanisms and other parts: 1 year.

Wardrobe and Dresser

• 1 year warranty.

Bed Frame

• 1 year warranty.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or abuse
• Damage caused during relocation or moving
• Improper cleaning or care
• Damage caused by pests or mould
• Commercial or non-residential use
• Repairs carried out by unauthorised third parties

Out-of-Warranty Service Fees (Indicative)

• Transport and labour: $80 to $160
• Sofa replacement parts: $120 to $200
• Mattress claims: pro-rated by usage, plus $80 labour and prevailing 9% GST

How to Claim

WhatsApp us with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue, and our team will guide you through the claim process. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
